Screwed Sign

This sign was carved using an 1/8" downcut bit (Amana Tool 46200-K). The overall wood sign size used was 12.5" x 12.5".

There's only one toolpath, which is a pocket cut. I have the toolpath set to 50ipm, but you might speed it up some if you feel the need to do so. The depth per pass is set to .035 with a total depth cut of .06. Depending on the material you use you might consider adjusting those settings.
