Carbide3D Corner Square Pocket

Designed to be machined with an 1/8" endmill with at least 0.625" of stick-out.
Origin is at the lower left hand corner of the pocket.

You can modify the program to remove the first pocketing operation if you don't want your corner square recessed. You can also machine the "insert pocket" deeper if you have a longer 1/8" endmill or allow it to stick out further.

If your bolts are bottoming out in the threaded insert holes (I made the pocket only about 0.56" deep), just chase the holes with a 1/4" or 5/16" drill.
