Split-Flap Jig

- cut the jig into a piece of scrap wood. The current cut depth is set to hold 9 cards - bundle the cards and secure them with painters tape on the sides - secure the cards from the top (I screwed scrap pieces of MDF) - cut out the four holes on the side - the same jig (or better: create another one) can be used to fix a ruler for cutting the cards with a knife
