- Facing your stock will make a huge difference in the accuracy of details inside the main cutouts, as well as the borders of the PACMAN and GHOSTS. - Make whatever adjustments are needed for your material thickness and dimensions. - If desired light sanding with a Scratch Pad can remove some of the machine marks from the facing. - Rattle can paint was used on the aluminum post surfacing and pre details. - Multiple coats will be needed. Krylon paint was the easiest to use. - If you're making this out of aluminum, Air assist on your machine will be a huge plus. - Post your version of this project. - I'd love to go back and use different woods to make the various colors of Ghosts.
