S5 Pro 4x4 Tiling Fence

Material is 0.375" thick, at least 49" in X, and 3" in Z. I chose this thickness so that the side clamps can still be used in the outside t-track on 1/2" thick material. I used some red oak I had sitting around, but use anything you like. I used a 60 degree v-bit, 1/8" 2 flute endmill, and a 1/4" 3 flute endmill. After you cut and install it, Just jog the machine with the spindle on, and the Z just skimming your wasteboard, along the Y axis to barely shave the inside edge perfectly parallel to your Y axis. After you cut the first part of the project, make a mark on your material at a line, then slide it the amount you entered into your program.
