Eagle and Flag

Using 1/8" and 1/4" end mill, 60 and 90 degree V-bits. Includes texture on outer text ring to give a brick like texture. Milled from 3/4" MDF. Top was painted gloss white and outside ring gloss black before milling. Oramask applied then inside area face milled and grey painted to '1776' area surrounding the flag. Inside flag area was hand painted to fill the flag field with blue and stripes with red paint. Eagle v-carved details infilled with a slightly grey-white so details would stand out. 1776 area paint filled with black paint. Finally the entire piece was clear coated with a satin finish.
